The Kilbirnie Place Senior Section competitions have now concluded with Tom Chesney winning the Seniors Matchplay Trophy singles championship defeating Duncan McGregor after the 5th extra hole and Ross Anderson along with partner Tom Chesney won the 4 Ball Tankards doubles defeating Michael Evans and Gordon Greenwood. Well done to everyone.

The presentation of prizes was held on Tuesday 6th October in the clubhouse after a 13 hole competition..

Once again a big thank must go to Hugh Smith and Tom Lawson and David Tennant for making sure the senior section runs very smoothly. Another big thank you must go to Brian Craig, Andy Blackwood and Duncan McGregor for running the senior league under such stressful circumstances, and thank you to the members who turned out week after week to support the section.
