Gents Seniors

The Kilbirnie Place Senior Section competitions have now concluded with Brian Craig winning the singles championship and Peter Fairnie along with partner Andy McCallum won the doubles.

The presentation of prizes was held on Tuesday 26th September in the clubhouse after a scramble which experienced some horrendous weather, but everyone played until the end. The winners being Duncan McGregor, David McBurney, Frank Allan and John Smillie.

Once again a big thank must go to Hugh Smith and Jim Mitchell for making sure the senior section runs very smoothly. Another big thank you must go to Duncan McGregor and M D Johnstone for running the senior league under such stressful circumstances, and thank you to the members who turned out week after week to support the section.
